In accordance with section 63M-7-216(7) of the Utah Code, policies and procedures of the Box Elder County Attorney's Office can be downloaded and reviewed by accessing the link below. 

These policies and standards are intended to guide the use of prosecutorial discretion within the Box Elder County Attorney's Office and provide a framework for interactions with courts, victims, witnesses, defendants, defense attorneys, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders in the criminal justice system.
