Forms of Payments Accepted:
- Cash (exact amount)
- Checks made payable to B.E.J.C
- Cashier's Check or Money Order
- VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express
(there is a 2.5% fee for paying with a card)
Payments can be made:

- By Mail
- Online through Xpress Bill Pay
***If you received a moving violation and have not had any other moving violations within the past two years, you may contact the court before you pay your fine for information regarding online traffic school. Please be aware traffic school does not affect the fine amount for your citation and does cost an extra $75.00 to complete the class. Check with your insurance company to see if they will honor traffic school, as we cannot guarantee it will help with insurance. CDL holders are NOT eligible for traffic school.***
***Defendants with a valid Utah driver's license may also visit https://www.utcourts.gov/deferredtraffic/ to apply for Deferred Traffic Prosecution. To see if you qualify for the Deferred Traffic Prosecution, you will need your Utah driver license number, date of birth, citation number, date of violation or case number, and court location where the citation was filed. A valid email address will be needed for MyCase registration.***
Returned Check Policy
Per UCA 7-15-1, a $20 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
Per UCA 7-15-1, an additional $35 fee may also be assessed if, after notification, the returned check is not covered.
Future payments must be made in cash or money order.
