Welcome to the Open Class Fair Exhibit Registration Information

for the 99th Annual Box Elder County Fair! 

August 19-24, 2024

2024 Fair Theme--"Meet Me at the Fair and Rodeo!"

Entries for Open Class Home Arts, Fine Arts, Crops, and Small Animals are required to pre-register online

*Photography, Home Arts, and Floriculture Classes can be registered at the Fairgrounds*

4-H Indoor Exhibits can find registration information here

Registration Opens on Monday, July 15, 2024

Registration Closes on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 10:59 PM

Assistance with the online registration will be available at the Fairgrounds:

August 1, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

August 8, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

August 15, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Entries will be accepted on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 1:00 to 8:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: ENTRIES ARE RESERVED FOR BOX ELDER COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY

Ribbons, awards, and premiums will be reserved for Box Elder County Residents only and will be available for pick up in the Premiums Office at the Fairgrounds

• August 22, 2024 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• August 23, 2024 -  10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• August 24, 2024 -  10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

All entries must be left at the Fairgrounds until 9:30 PM on Saturday, August 24th. Exhibits will be released on Saturday evening between 9:30 PM. and 10:30 PM. If you are unable to pick your entry up on Saturday night, you can pick it up on Monday, August 26th between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We are not responsible for any items left at the Fairgrounds after 10:30 PM on Saturday evening.
